WSF Gold Gate

Public Infrastructure | Award-Winning Project | Puyallup, WA

Danard delivered the Washington State Fair Gold Gate and Water Feature through a progressive design-build approach, partnering closely with the owner to create a signature entrance with custom signage and DMX-controlled RGB lighting, including canopy uplights, face-lit lettering, and integrated LED bars.

Working within limited site access and active ticketing operations, we concealed technical systems within the architecture and used BIM coordination and remote DMX programming to ensure precise execution.

UWT YMCA Student Center

Community Recreation Facility | Tacoma, WA

The 69,987 sq. ft. YMCA/UW Tacoma student center and athletic facility was delivered using a full electrical design-build approach, supporting fitness, recreation, and student-focused spaces throughout the building.

The project was completed within budget while adapting to evolving requirements and received industry recognition, including an award from the Design-Build Institute of America.

Clover Park Technical College – Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

Higher Education | Award-Wining Project | Lakewood, WA

Delivered as a full electrical design-build project, the Technical College’s 65,292 sq. ft. Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technologies was developed to support flexible lab environments for portable manufacturing equipment and advanced AV integration.

Early BIM coordination addressed complex electrical requirements upfront, supporting an on-budget delivery aligned with the college’s long-term vision and program objectives.

Old castle Paver Plant

Industrial Manufacturing Facility | Award-Winning Project | Fredrickson, WA

Delivered through an electrical design-build approach, this industrial facility required robust power distribution and infrastructure to support critical processing equipment and specialized operations.

The scope included seventeen equipment control panels, controls wiring, step-down transformers, and precision-installed underground power and communications systems—designed to ensure long-term reliability, efficiency, and heavy-duty operational performance.

Pearl Street YMCA

Community Recreation Facility | Tacoma, WA

Delivered as a comprehensive electrical design-build project, the new YMCA on Pearl Street in Tacoma included full power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm, communications, security, and AV systems, along with infrastructure for electric vehicle charging and future solar integration.

Phase 1A services also encompassed permitting, BIM coordination, testing, and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety, code compliance, and seamless integration with other trades.

7 Seas Taproom

Hospitality | Gig Harbor, WA

Delivered through a full electrical design-build approach, the 7 Seas Tap Room in Gig Harbor, Washington included new 600A and 300A services serving both the building and marina dock, along with temporary power, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems.

The scope supported HVAC, brewing equipment, site and decorative lighting, and code-compliant controls, with close coordination across trades to meet local, state, and federal requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

L&I Safety and Health lab

Government & Public Services | Award-Winning Project | Tumwater, WA

This approximately 52,000 sq. ft. laboratory facility includes specialized agricultural, biology, and testing spaces, highlighted by 235 linear feet of architectural and art lighting that define the main corridors and create a distinctive visual environment.

In-house BIM supported prefabrication and kitting for precise installation of conduit and device systems, coordinated using a Trimble 873 Total Station, with the electrical room delivered as a highly integrated infrastructure hub focused on safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Vietnamese Martyrs Parish

Religious & Community Facility | Award-Winning Project | Tukwila, WA

Delivered in close collaboration with the design team, the Vietnamese Martyrs Parish of Seattle integrated modern electrical systems within a highly detailed architectural and spiritual environment.

The scope included custom metal light fixtures and advanced DMX lighting controls, enabling flexible scene setting and precise illumination that enhances the worship experience while preserving the integrity of the sanctuary’s design.

Great Wolf Lodge

Hospitality & Entertainment Resort | Centralia, WA

Interior renovations at the Great Wolf Lodge required comprehensive electrical upgrades, including temporary power, selective demolition, new power distribution, interior lighting and controls, branch power, and connections for mechanical systems.

The project also included fire alarm upgrades and phone/data rough-in, testing, and closeout, delivered through close coordination with the owner and general contractor to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth renovation within an active hospitality environment.

Snoqualmie Casino C-Store Expansion

Tribal Retail Facility | Snoqualmie, WA

A tenant improvement and market expansion at Snoqualmie Casino reconfigured the convenience store to add a new waiting area and office while relocating beverage and liquor sections.

Electrical upgrades included new systems, lighting controls, and panelboards, delivered through phased construction while the facility remained occupied and subject to strict noise and delivery requirements.

Baker Condominiums

Multi-Family Residential | Point Ruston, WA

This eight-story, 330,065 sq. ft. condominium building includes 138 residential units across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, constructed with wood and metal framing over post-tensioned decks.

Careful electrical coordination minimized visible conduit, supported on-time delivery, and allowed homeowners to customize their units, while advanced life-safety systems—including smoke control and DAS—were integrated to enhance comfort and safety.
