A complete remodel of the old Tacoma Carpenter Union Hall into a full artistic venue including 2 kitchens, four beverage bars, café/coffee shop with stage, a 3000 square foot indoor venue for performances,  a 1200 square foot outdoor venue complete with a burrito tube from the kitchen.  The second floor consisted of a music studio, and administrative offices.

Client: University Place Presbyterian Church
Location: University Place, WA
Year Completed: 2019 A remodel of the University Place Presbyterian Church- including upgrading the preschool wing and adding additional classrooms, converting an open area into a children’s worship room with a stage for performances, converting the upstairs to a social hall with a coffee stand, building a new nursery, and rebuilding the entry way to make it more inviting.
