Building a new dairy barn, milking parlor, and show arena for the fair. The barn was built as a multi-function facility to be used for anything from a barn, to weddings and concerts or anything in between. This included an extensive lighting control system, AV, and power to support any function.

This 63,000 square foot building was built to serve mechatronics, composites, manufacturing, and non-destructive testing career paths. Building layout consists of classrooms, laboratories with equipment, and a presentation area. The building was fully designed and modeled with collaboration between all building disciplines and owner representatives including end users, maintenance and IT.

New two story University of Washington YMCA. This building consists of a new work out rooms, a full college level gym with basketball court, running track, locker rooms and conference rooms with AV integrations with lighting shades and projector screens.

U Place Presbyterian

Year Completed: 2019 A remodel of the University Place Presbyterian Church- including upgrading the preschool wing and adding additional classrooms, converting an open area into a children’s worship room with a stage for performances, converting the upstairs to a social hall with a coffee stand, building a new nursery, and rebuilding the entry way to make it more inviting.
